Event Access

Aphrodite’s House Party:

  • The event contains flashing flights and projection.

  • Age Guidance: aged 16+

Family Garden Party:

  • There will be an access table, with ear defenders and ear plugs, sunglasses, gadget spinners, and snacks.

  • There will be an area designated as a relaxed space, with a variety of seating options and spaces for wheel chair users, there will be low-key activities that can be done if desired, such as colouring in. 

  • There will be designated spaces for wheel chair users, and mobility scooter users and spaces plus 1, around where performances and activity take place.

Squiggle:

  • There are seating options available to sit on.

  • There are options to draw in different ways, including: knee pads, helmets and waist belts, (as well as by hand).

I am Glad you are Here:

Lilo Lost It:

  • Age Guidance: the piece is aimed at children aged 3-8 years old. But can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

  • A Baby change room will be available close to the performance area.[MOU3] [MOU4] 

  • We are a breastfeeding friendly space, but will also have a seperate breast feeding room for those who want it.

The Business of Love:

  • This performance contains some strong language and adult themes therefore age guidance is 16+

 

Cloudscapes:

  • A touch tour of the surroundings and set featured in Cloudscape can be requested by emailing Producer Lauren: lbanks@culturewarrington.org. Touch tours will take place 30 minutes before the performance.

  • A transcript of text is available upon request by emailing Producer Lauren: lbanks@culturewarrington.org.

  • In addition to beanbags, there will be the option of chairs to sit on, and reserved wheelchair spaces.

  • A video demonstrating the journey from Golden Square’s Mall to the Community Garden where cloudscapes takes place will be available shortly.

An Evening with Dross:

  • The event contains flashing images

  • Age Guidance: 18+

Disunited Jukebox - A 21st Century Opera:

  • There will be an access table, with ear defenders and ear plugs, sunglasses, gadget spinners, and snacks.

  • There will be a free-sheet (programme) offering context to the performance, and songs available in various formats.

 

Icons: Untold Orchestra x Ghetto Fabulous:

  • The event will be BSL performance interpreted, and there will be a BSL interpreter based at the access table Front of House before the performance starts.

  • There will be an access table, with ear defenders and ear plugs, sunglasses, gadget spinners, and snacks.

  • Wheel chair spaces are situated in the stalls (ground floor) on the auditorium. Wheelchair bookings can only be made over the phone on 01925 442345, or in person at the venue.
